To avoid downtimes when a spare part breaks, NEIKO offers you the quick production of custom parts of all types. This keeps costs caused by downtime as low as possible and saves time. Customized products are particularly suitable for older machines and systems for which spare parts are no longer available or which can only be ordered from abroad with long delivery times.
Based on your drawings, models or defective samples, we will produce exact replicas so that you can quickly begin operating your machine or production plant again. Although the piece production of a component is more expensive than mass production, it is better in contrast to a production stop, which can cause daily high six digit costs.
