As a performance-oriented company, you know the problem that parts of your production equipment are exposed to a more or less intensive wear. On top of this, special workpieces are made of unusual materials that cannot be easily replaced or only with long waiting times. In such cases NEIKO can help with custom-made or tailored products according to DIN/EN and ASTM standards. Because where quantity does not work, originality and flexibility with the highest material quality are needed.
We manufacture a wide range of different flanges, weld fittings or blank flanges for you. In addition, we provide special solutions, such as TÜV approval. Flanges
NEIKO manufactures standardised or customised flanges for various requirements in power station, plant and apparatus engineering, for refineries, the offshore applications or nuclear technology. In addition, we manufacture custom flanges from dedicated materials according to customer requirements.
Blank flanges
In addition, you can benefit from our wide range and variety of materials such as blank flanges, perforated discs, spectacle blinds, restriction orifices, orifice flanges/orifice plates and much more.
We also manufacture parts for you special needs according to your sample dimensions or company standard.
Non-standard parts
Based on your drawing or pictures, we manufacture various non-standard parts for you, such as weld-on connecting pieces, pressure measuring connectors, header ends, reducer fittings, elbows, cross-fittings, plugs, flat bases, thermometer protection tubes or thermowells.
Before acceptance, all parts can undergo a technical inspection, e.g. by the TÜV.
